Then last fall, my sister and her husband enlightened me to my new favorite activity tracker – hands down!
What is my favorite activity tracker?

For this month’s gear review I want to talk about another one of my favorite apps. I told you before about MyNetDiary, and this one is pretty much just as cool.
It’s called Strava, and it’s the app I always use when we go cycling.
It’s a GPS-based app that tracks your route with a push of a start button. While you’re riding, you can see your elapsed time, average speed, and distance. You can also switch screens and view your map as you move.
It also works with running, but I don’t like to run with my phone. It’s awesome for hiking, too – or kayaking!
