If you don’t know it by now, you should! Meal prepping is where it’s at!
First of all, if you don’t know meal prepping is where it’s at, you might not know what I’m talking about. In case that’s you, meal prepping is basically the process of getting a week’s (or more) worth of food ready ahead of time.
Meal prepping will you save you time at the grocery store and time each day from cooking.
Even more importantly, it’ll save you time from the extra exercise you have to do to burn the calories from all that fast food you eat when you don’t have time to cook during the week. (more…)

The days are getting a little less hot and humid, and the mornings are feeling crisper than they have in months.
This can only mean one thing – RACE SEASON IS HERE!
Nowadays supplements are all the rage!
According to some sources, so much nutrient content has been take out of our farmland due to mass production agriculture that we don’t receive the same amount of vitamins and minerals in our food as we once did.
Also, the American diet is sorely lacking in appropriate amounts of fruits and vegetables. As a matter of fact, according to the CDC, only 24% of Americans eat enough fruit, and only 13% eat enough vegetables on a daily basis!
Slow down – read that again. Only 13% of us eat enough vegetables!
If you’re like me, you have this long list of things you’ve always really wanted to do but just never seemed to be able to.
Some things may be lofty aspirations you came up with before you knew better.
If I just HAD to come up with a few examples, maybe something like: own every Nintendo game ever made (Yes, I’m THAT old.), play soccer on the US Women’s National Team, or be the onstage star of a musical production (I’m not even the star when I’m alone in my car.)
But other things just SEEM unreachable but really are right within your grasp.
