How many times have to finished a hot summer run, bike ride, or workout and noticed – once you dried off a little – that your face and arms are covered in salt?
When you sweat, your body not only releases water so it can evaporate off your skin and cool your body temperature, but electrolytes – “any of the ions (as of sodium or calcium) that in biological fluid regulate or affect most metabolic processes” – seep from your pores as well.
It’s time for my monthly product review, and I decided to do something a little different this month.
People ask me all the time about what the best protein powder you can buy is.
My first response is that I usually tell them the one I have bought and use in various things like my Natural Recover Drink. but sadly I couldn’t really remember why I picked the one I did.
Since I started blogging a couple of years ago, I’ve learned a lot (If you read what I wrote then, I hope you’d agree!). One thing I’ve learned is that there are a lot of really wonderful, smart, and gifted people out there that have a lot to share about life, health, and God.
