You know you want to be healthier physically, mentally, relationally, emotionally, financially, and most importantly – spiritually. But, maybe you aren’t sure exactly how to get there.

You are not alone!

You wake up Monday mornings (maybe every morning), not sure if you have the energy to get   going and do it all over again.

Adrian Jessen  You’ve tried to be more active, but nagging injuries keep getting in the way.

 You know you need a stronger core, hips, arms, back, etc., but you don’t have a good program to follow.

 You would love to eat healthier, but you’re tired of the same old recipes.

 You want a closer walk with God, but sometimes you let the rest of life get in the way.

 You feel like sometimes that mountain is just too high to climb.

I know how you feel!

I know how you feel. I’ve sat where you sit. I’ve said what you’ve said. I’ve thought what you think.

Truth be told – there are still days when I don’t sit in the presence of God, but waste time and energy focused on so many other things that get in the way.

But, I’ve also learned, and am still learning a lot through this process, and I think God has some pretty awesome things to share with you, too.

Why I write this blog

My mission is to empower you to pursue a healthy and active lifestyle – mind, body, and soul – by providing the training, resources, and encouragement you need to succeed. I hope to accomplish this using by personal experience and my healthcare and fitness expertise, illuminating it all with the truth of God’s word!

I must admit, my other reAdrian Jessenason for this blog is a little selfish. When spending time with God to see what He wants me to share with you, I get to learn a whole lot myself! So, Thank You for reading!
